Owner/Operator, Master Stylist
With over 20 years of experience, JoAnn strives toward personal growth and skill. Continually educating herself, JoAnn remains passionate about bringing cutting edge skills and design to the workplace. She understands the hectic lives of her clientele and strives to bring excellence and satisfaction in an efficient amount of time.
Yon Suk Yu
Master Stylist
With over 30 years of experience, Yon is an expert in precision haircutting, hair coloring, and the AVEDA product line. Yon has been trained by elite educators at Vidal Sassoon Advanced Academy, and the Toni&Guy Advanced Academy. She is truly a Master at her craft.
Fran Zoldan
Master Massage Therapist
Fran graduated from the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy in 2005 and has been practicing as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Virginia Beach ever since. She has blended various modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, and Myofascial Release into her own style of flow. She also practices Massage Cupping and Reflexology. She works with you to ensure that you reap the maximum benefits of your session, and is more than willing to share different ways you can continue your therapy at home.
Destiny Percy
Master Stylist
Destiny has over 17 years of experience. She attended Black Hills Beauty College, where she received her training. While she has a love for hair color, haircutting, and styling, maintaining the integrity of her client’s hair is something that is very important to her. Getting to know her clients and forming lifelong bonds are some of the things that Destiny enjoys most about her career.
Gemma Carlton
Master Nail Technician
Gemma specializes in Natural nail care and pedicures. She is trained in CND shellac application. She has been with Reed Manning Salon & Spa for 12 years. She continues to enhance her skills through advanced Aveda education and training classes.
Jahaira Bunn

Master Esthetician
Pualani is a Master Esthetician, Certified Trainer, Color Analyst, and Make-up Artist with over 40 years of experience in the beauty and spa industry. Her most recent professional education was at the American Spirit Institute in Williamsburg. She is licensed in Virginia, Hawaii, California, and Australia.
